Who We Are

What Data We Collect

We collect minimal data during this pre-launch period:

  • Waitlist signups: Your email address, the page you signed up from, and the date/time of signup. We do not collect your name, address, property details, or any other personal information.
  • Analytics: We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data. It records page views, referrers, browser type, and screen size in aggregate.
  • Free tools: Any data you enter into our free tools (calculators, checklists) is processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers or stored.

How We Use Your Data

  • Email address: To send you a single notification when RRA Readiness Checker launches, plus any critical compliance deadline updates. We will not send marketing emails, newsletters, or share your email with third parties.
  • Analytics data: To understand which pages and tools are most useful, so we can improve the site.

Legal Basis

We process your email address based on your consent (you actively submitted the waitlist form). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@crockerdigital.co.uk with “unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Data Storage and Security

Waitlist data is stored securely using Netlify's infrastructure. Data is processed and stored within the EU/UK. We use HTTPS across the entire site.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)

Cookies

This site does not use cookies. GoatCounter operates without cookies. No cookie banner is needed.

Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third parties for marketing purposes. The only third-party services that process data are:

  • Netlify — hosting and waitlist form processing
  • GoatCounter — privacy-friendly analytics (no personal data collected)
